ABOUT US

Pharma grade analytics

Multi-omics, single-cell, spatial — without the analytics bottleneck.

MiraOmics turns single-cell, spatial, and multi-omic data into decisions pharma and biotech teams can act on: a biomarker, a translational readout, a clear view of where to invest next.

Where MiraOmics Fits

MiraOmics is a specialized boutique for early discovery, translational, and reverse translational work, built specifically around multi-omics, single-cell, and spatial data. That means senior expertise applied directly to your problem, fast turnaround, and methods your team can keep afterward.

Hiring a  MiraOmics fills the gap between bringing on a Head of Bioinformatics — where you own the process but wait six to eight months for full productivity — and a large CRO, which brings scale and governance but is often slow and costly for a focused problem. For a specific, well-defined questions, it’s usually the fastest path to an answer.

MiraTyper — our batch-resistant, state of the art, pan-organ cell-type classification platform, built and trained in-house. Point it at your dataset and it harmonizes cell types in a fraction of the time manual annotation takes.

Pythiomics data access — through a data partnership with Pythia Biosciences, we draw on one of the largest curated multi-omics databases available: 233M+ cell profiles as of August 2026, growing by tens of millions a month, across oncology, neurology, cardiovascular disease, hematology, and more. Standardized, harmonized, fully traceable — and the foundation MiraTyper was trained on.

Why MiraOmics?

A Series A biotech and a top-20 pharma R&D group don’t share a budget or a risk tolerance, so we don’t start from a template. We build around your program, your data, and your goals. That’s the idea behind the name: MiraOmics exists to accelerate the path from multi-omic data to something you can act on.

How We Deliver Results

  1. Start with the right question — not “what’s in this data” but “does TCR clonal dominance predict CRS severity?”
  2. Plan before touching the data — methods, data needs, and failure modes, defined before analysis starts.
  3. Break it into sub-questions — each one precise enough to answer on its own.
  4. Draw on Pythiomics and MiraTyper —  instead of starting from zero, we can deliver results even if you have no data, or put your data in to context.
  5. Fix deliverables and timelines up front — analysis plan by week 1, report by week 2, metadata by day 5.
  6. Deliver outputs built for what’s next — figures, regulatory tables, data objects, reproducible code.

Our Clients

Discovery and translational biologists. Multi-omic data is expensive to generate, and budgets rarely stretch as far as the science demands. We use Pythiomics and MiraTyper to extract more signal from fewer samples, so target validation and patient stratification don’t wait on a bigger budget.

Bioinformatics and computational biology teams. A pipeline that survives regulatory scrutiny and gets adopted by bench scientists is a different build than a one-off script. We’ve shipped NGS, single-cell, and spatial pipelines — including ones behind FDA submissions — that integrate with your legacy data instead of replacing it.

Pharma and biotech business leaders. Performing due dillgence on a multi-omics platform or an acquisition target usually means a technical call your team isn’t fully staffed to make alone. We help you reach a clear, defensible view fast enough to keep the deal moving.
